Established in 2020, The Omega Training Camp (OTC) presents a novel fitness program that incorporates the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity's distinctive style of "stepping," known as "Party Hopping," in conjunction with calisthenics, formatted as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This innovative approach aims to enhance the physical conditioning of fraternity members, foster camaraderie, and deliver significant health benefits.

Leon, an ardent fitness advocate and an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, recognized a demand for "High Intensity Hop Training" (HIHT). The concept behind the Omega Training Camp was to offer an unconventional workout alternative to weightlifting or standard gym equipment routines. Leon's initial experimentation with hopping as a cardio exercise led to noticeable improvements in his fitness levels and cardiovascular health. Impressed by the positive impact of hopping on his well-being, Leon leveraged his social media presence to showcase the benefits of this unique form of exercise. As interest grew and awareness spread, the Omega Training Camp was conceived.

THE OMEGA TRAINING CAMP APP

The Omega Training Camp App grants access to an extensive collection of both "live streamed" and pre-recorded sessions, featuring over 100 hours of choreographed fraternity stepping performances set to energizing music referred to as "Party Hopping." These sessions are designed not only to motivate members to move but also to enhance participants' fitness levels, refine hopping techniques, and facilitate weight loss within the fraternity community.
